Machine Overview
This continuous line uses multiple polishing heads and resin abrasives to finish slab surfaces. It can process marble, granite, crystallised stone and glass-ceramic materials, linking successive polishing stages with continuous slab feeding. Head count and supporting equipment are selected for slab size, finish and production requirements.
Workpieces & Applications
Suitable for continuous slab polishing and, subject to process requirements, mosaic sheets. Selection should consider working width, thickness, blank condition, abrasive sequence, loading and unloading, and the available water and compressed air supplies.
Key Features
- Continuous multi-head processing: links polishing stages along the line for batch production.
- Resin abrasives: the abrasive sequence is selected for the material and target finish.
- Working width and head options: configuration follows slab size, process and production needs.
- Loading integration: loading and unloading can be planned around the line layout to reduce handling.
