Machine Overview
Designed for grooving stone balusters and similar small columns, this machine uses two cutting heads to groove both sides in one processing arrangement. This reduces repeated turning and repositioning. Settings can be adjusted for groove position and workpiece requirements.
Workpieces & Applications
Suitable for two-sided grooving of stone balusters. Selection should consider clamping positions, the surfaces to be machined, groove width, depth and location so that tooling and fixtures can be matched to the workpiece.
Key Features
- Simultaneous dual-head operation: grooves both sides of a baluster.
- Less turning and repositioning: reduces workpiece handling during two-sided grooving.
- Adjustable settings: configured for the groove positions and workpiece requirements.
- Batch production: organises processing around similar components with fewer repetitive manual steps.
